Project Overview:
We are launching Active Enterprise Hub (AEH), a UK-focused B2B compliance auditing and SaaS platform that automates statutory safeguarding vetting (DfE KCSIE and Prevent Duty) for primary and independent schools managing external sports and extracurricular activity coaches.
We require an experienced No-Code Engineer / Automation Architect to build our functional MVP within 3 to 4 weeks using Airtable, Softr, Make.com, and OpenAI Vision.
We have attached 4 high-fidelity UI layout mockups to this post. Your build must follow these screen layouts, color palettes (RAG compliance badges), and workflows:
1. School_Admin_Dashboard_Desktop.png (RAG overview, 10-second intake modal, 1-click Ofsted export)
2. School_Admin_Dashboard_Mobile.png (School mobile monitor view)
3. Coach_Portal_Desktop.png (GDPR-isolated single-candidate compliance view)

1. Relational Database Architecture (Airtable):
- Table 1: Schools (URN, Name, SBM/Head Email, Subscription Status, Trial End Date).
- Table 2: Coaches (Name, Email, Phone, Activity Dropdown, DBS Number, Issue Date, DBS Update Service ID, Insurance Exp, First Aid Exp, NGB Licence Level, Statutory Quiz Timestamp, Sighting Status, Directory Status ['Private to School' / 'Public in Directory']).
- Table 3: NGB_Rules (20+ UK activities mapped to specific minimum insurance thresholds [£5M/£10M] and mandatory coaching badges: Football, Tennis, Judo, Gymnastics, Clay Shooting, Equestrian, Sailing, Fencing, LAMDA, Ballet, etc.).
- Table 4: Support_Tickets (Ticket ID, Submitter Role, School/Coach Name, Category, Priority, Issue Description, Screenshot, Status, Resolution Notes).
- Dynamic RAG Status Calculation: Green (Compliant), Amber (Expiring within 30 days), Red (Expired or Missing Check).
2. Desktop School Admin Portal (Softr):
- Authenticated role-based login for School Business Managers, Headteachers, and Bursars.
- 10-second coach intake modal (Name, Email, Activity dropdown).
- Real-time RAG Traffic Light table view with 1-click Ofsted/ISI audit export (matches attached mockup).
- Reception Desk First-Time Visit check-in interface (checkboxes for sighting physical paper DBS certificate and photo ID to satisfy DfE KCSIE rules).
3. Coach Mobile Web App / PWA (Softr / Fillout):
- Token-authenticated "Magic Link" access (no app store download or password friction).
- Mobile-optimized Personal Traffic Light status card showing active, pending, or expiring credentials (isolated to only their own data for UK GDPR compliance).
- One-tap smartphone camera upload to submit/replace expiring certificates.
- Embedded 90-second statutory micro-quiz engine (3 scenario questions with digital signature).
- "Add to Home Screen" PWA configuration.
4. Backend Automations & AI OCR (Make.com + OpenAI Vision):
- Scenario A: Automated coach invite dispatch via email/SMS magic link upon school intake.
- Scenario B: AI Vision parsing of uploaded PDFs/images to extract candidate name, 12-digit DBS numbers, and expiry dates directly into Airtable.
