Build AI Chatbot CRM Platform

I’m planning a multilingual customer-service platform whose heart is an AI-powered chatbot. The goal is to let visitors speak or type in several languages, receive instant, helpful answers, and have every conversation logged against a lightweight CRM focused on contact management.

What I need from you
• Design and build the chatbot engine, including intent recognition, dialogue flow, fallback handling, and language detection/translation.
• Integrate the bot with a simple contact-management CRM layer so every new or returning user is automatically matched to, or created as, a contact.
• Provide clean APIs/webhooks so future voice-agent modules or sales-automation add-ons can plug in without refactoring core logic.
• Deliver setup docs, source code, and a brief walkthrough video so I can maintain and extend the system after hand-off.

Tech preference
I’m open, but experience with tools such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, LangChain, or similar NLP stacks is a plus. For the CRM portion, lightweight frameworks like Node, Django, or Laravel with REST endpoints work fine as long as the contact database stays fast and searchable.

Success criteria
• Chatbot responds accurately in at least three languages I will specify during kickoff.
• New conversations are attached to the correct contact record, visible through a simple dashboard or API.
• Code is modular, well-documented, and deploys cleanly to a common cloud host (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
