Build a guest registration and check-in system for a wellness/ recovery venue

We need someone to build a simple guest registration and check-in system for a wellness venue.

We operate a wellness venue (pool, sauna, ice bath) in Bali, Indonesia. We need a simple, mobile-friendly web application for guest registration, digital waivers, passes, and attendance.

Payments are handled separately through our card terminal. We do not need payment processing, online booking, or a native mobile app. We have started working on a website via square space, but this is only for visual content, nothing interactive (no bookings, payments etc via this website).

the Operational flow would be as follows:
Guest registration:
- Existing guests scan a QR code and check in or first-time guests type in their name, phone number, and email.
- First time Guests read and electronically sign our waiver.
- Store the signed waiver, signing date, and the exact waiver version with their profile.
- Returning guests do not need to register again unless their waiver needs renewing.
- Guests can choose between a single entry, a week pass or a monthly pass. Payment is then done separately, but recorded via the platform.
- There is also a variety of juices available, which we'd like them to be able to choose. As above, payment is then done separately, but recorded via the platform.

Reception dashboard:
- Secure staff login.
- Search for a guest by name, phone, or email.
- Easily view their details, signed waiver, pass status, and visit history.
- Staff can assign single-entry, seven-day, or monthly passes after payment is taken separately.
- Show the pass start and expiry dates clearly.
- Check guests in with one click and record the actual entry time.
- Check guests out and show who is currently inside.
- Allow a configurable visit time limit, such as two hours, with an expected departure time and a visible overdue indicator.
- Use Bali local time.

Reports
- Daily visits, unique guests, and new registrations.
- Weekly summary with a daily breakdown.
- Export guest details and attendance records to CSV.
- Download signed waivers.

Ownership and handover
- We must own the source code and control the hosting, database, and administrator accounts.
- Include automated backups and instructions for restoring data.
- Guest information and waivers must only be accessible to authorized staff.
- Provide operating instructions.
- State all ongoing hosting, software, and maintenance costs.
- Include a clearly defined period for fixing bugs after launch.

Please propose the simplest maintainable solution. An established platform is acceptable if it meets the requirements and you explain its fees and limitations.

Please include:

- Accurate weekly reporting.
- Data export and backup restoration.
