Build a Custom AI-Powered Business Management Platform

I’m looking for an experienced software engineer to build a custom platform for my business. The goal is to create a secure, scalable system that can centralize our internal operations, automate repetitive processes, and provide AI-powered tools for our team.

The platform should include a modern web interface, a reliable backend API, user authentication, business data management, reporting, and integrations with external services.

I’m particularly interested in adding AI capabilities that can help employees search company information, analyze business data, generate reports, and automate routine tasks.

Design and develop the backend architecture

I’m looking for a senior engineer who can take ownership of the project from architecture through deployment. Strong experience with Python, Go, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AI/LLM technologies would be ideal.

I’m open to recommendations on the architecture and technology choices. The most important things are reliability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
