Build 15 Pakistan PBN sites

I need a developer to reproduce the style and placement you see on these three competitor domains – https://menamani.in/, https://art711.in/, and https://suniop.co.in/ – and roll it out across 10-15 separate sites aimed at the Pakistani market.

The core idea is to keep layout, navigation flow, and overall visual hierarchy virtually identical to the references while swapping in our own branding, colours and copy. Every site must:
• sit on its own domain (we will register .pk or other Pakistan-targeted TLDs)
• look and behave the same on desktop and mobile
• be easy for us to update through a user-friendly CMS (WordPress, Webflow or a comparable platform is fine – advise your preference)
• load quickly and arrive SEO-ready (clean code, metadata fields exposed, image optimisation in place)

I will deliver text, logos and images once the framework is live on the first domain; from there you can replicate to the remaining sites. Please include in your proposal:
1. Your suggested tech stack / theme.
2. A timeline for the first site and for cloning the remainder.
3. Post-launch support you provide (bug fixes, small adjustments).

The job is complete when all 10-15 sites are online, look like the references, and I have login credentials plus a short hand-off guide so my team can maintain them.
