Budget Restaurant Concept & Elevations

I am developing a cost-conscious yet memorable restaurant that combines three distinct experiences under one roof: an all-day dining area, a playful game zone, and a versatile banquet hall, capped by an inviting rooftop. I need a modern concept package that ties the whole property together while making each zone feel special.

Scope of work
You will translate my functional brief into an integrated concept that includes:
• A complete space-planning layout showing dining, kitchen, circulation, game zone, banquet hall, rooftop seating, services, and back-of-house.
• Mood-board level interior concepts for every zone, clearly illustrating palette, finishes, furniture style, and accent features.
• Exterior elevations that give the building a fresh, contemporary street presence.
• A signature selfie point that encourages social-media sharing.
• Strategies for unique, cost-efficient lighting and pockets of greenery that flow organically through the project.

What I value
Creativity is vital, but solutions must stay mindful of budget—smart material choices, modular furniture ideas, and multipurpose design moves will be key. The concept should feel cohesive from curbside to rooftop, offering guests a seamless “wow” moment at every step.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Annotated master layout (PDF + CAD).
2. 3D perspective renders (minimum 2 per zone).
3. Colored elevations (front and side).
4. Material / lighting specification sheets with indicative costs or local equivalents.
5. One hero rendering of the selfie point.
Final files should arrive print-ready and editable.
