Project Overview:
Looking for an experienced architect / civil CAD designer to create a complete, budget-conscious working drawing package and 3D exterior elevation for a ground-floor 2BHK home (approx. 10m x 10m / 1,000 sq ft) with structural provisions for a future G+1 upper floor.
CRITICAL DESIGN MANDATE - SIMPLE & LOW-COST EXECUTION:
- The design must be simple, practical, and economical to build.
- Avoid unnecessary structural curves, complex cantilevers, or expensive decorative elements.
- Maintain standard column spans and simple beam grids so local contractors can execute easily without inflating labor or steel costs.
- Focus on clean geometric lines where low-cost finishes (smooth white plaster + exposed red laterite panels + simple painted/powder-coated frames) provide a clean, modern aesthetic at minimum civil expenditure.
Key Design Features:
- Footprint: 10m x 10m (~1,000 sq ft)
- Dual simple grand entrances (front and rear entryways).
- Front Portico: Simple concrete porch supported by two solid columns, covering 1-car parking bay and a covered transition/mudroom foyer.
