Buckeye & Lombard Verification Visits

I need an on-site helper for two quick primary-source verifications—one in Buckeye, Arizona and one in Lombard, Illinois. I will share the address and document.

On the day you go:
• Arrive during the institution’s public hours and politely let reception know you just need a signature and stamp for a credentials check.
• Snap at least four geotagged photos on your phone: the exterior signboard, a wider shot of the building, and image taken inside that clearly proves you were allowed in.
• Print the form I send, obtain an authorised staff member’s signature and official stamp, and write down their full name, job title, email, and phone number.
• Scan or photograph the completed, stamped form and send it back to me along with the original geotagged images as soon as you leave the site.

Deliverables:
– four geotagged photos (exterior signboard, building, interior)
– Completed verification form with stamp, signature, and contact details.
