Bubble Developer for App Completion

Louisiana Compliance Hub is a Bubble.io application that already stores employee files, credentials, compliance documents, screenings, and reports for several pilot agencies. The core data types and most screens are in place, but key pieces still need to be hardened before the platform can roll out statewide.

Here is what I need completed over the next one to three months, working part-time and to clear, pre-agreed milestones:

• Code & workflow audit
– Review the existing build, identify gaps, and propose a sequencing plan for fixes or refactors.
– Clean up any legacy elements that slow performance or compromise data integrity.

• Automated renewals & reminders
– Finalise expiry logic so the system detects approaching due dates for licences, credentials, and other documents.
– Trigger e-mail and in-app alerts to the correct users, then surface overdue items on a dashboard.
– Provide an easy admin interface to adjust notice periods.

• Multi-agency, role-based access
– Convert the current single-tenant setup into a secure multi-tenant model.
– Define agency staff, agency managers, and platform administrators with precise privacy rules.
– Ensure each agency sees only its own data while I, as the super-admin, retain global oversight.

• Security & file handling
– Implement secure file storage (Bubble’s AWS S3, private URLs, signed links, etc.).
– Enforce SOC-compliant password and MFA options.

• Reporting & exports
– Finish the compliance status reports already started, adding CSV/PDF export where needed.
– Optimise performance for large data sets.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. All workflows running without visible errors in live mode.
2. Successful penetration of a test agency with no data bleed.
3. Automated reminders firing on the correct schedule.
4. Documentation of every new workflow, data type, privacy rule, and API key location.

I will provide full app access, current documentation, and a priority list at project start. Milestones and payment releases will follow the audit, the completion of agency separation, and final UAT sign-off.
