Bristol, UK Hospitality Assets Contact Database - SpecifIc Postcodes

I want a clean, up-to-date spreadsheet of every serviced property, managed property, hotel and BnB you can find in the BS1, BS3 and BS8 postcodes of Bristol.

For each property I need:
• Full street address (including postcode)
• Primary contact details – at minimum a phone number or email, both when available
• Total number of properties in building / guest rooms (if available)

Feel free to pull from public registers, booking platforms, council licensing data, corporate websites or your own vetted sources; just be sure the information is accurate and current.

Please deliver the data in Google Docs CSV format with one row per property and clearly labelled contact columns. I’ll consider the job complete when the sheet is organised, duplicates are removed and spot-checks on a sample of entries confirm reliability.

The Postcodes of BS3, BS8, and BS1 are the priority for this test project
