Bright Cartoon Children’s Book Illustrations

I’m putting together a picture book for readers aged 4–7 and I need a set of lively, full-colour illustrations in a bright, cartoon-like style. The story features playful characters and a simple outdoor setting; your job is to bring them to life with expressive poses, clear emotions and plenty of colour.

The manuscript is final, so you’ll receive page-by-page art notes and character descriptions the moment we start. I’d like high-resolution files suitable for both print and ebook formats, with layered source files (PSD or AI) so my designer can adjust text placement if needed later on.

Please share a link to similar work you’ve done—anything with bold lines, vibrant palettes and whimsical energy is ideal. If you work digitally in Procreate, Photoshop or Illustrator that’s perfect, but traditional sketches scanned at high resolution work for me too.

Once we agree on a rough page count, I’ll need rough thumbnails first, then clean line art, and finally the full-colour finals. I’m happy to set milestones around those stages so feedback is quick and clear.
