Developer Needed – Brawl Stars Skin Collage Generator

I’m looking for a developer to build a Brawl Stars skin collage generator. I’m comfortable with either a website or a Telegram bot, depending on what you recommend is better for this project.

How it should work

The user enters a Brawl Stars Player Tag, and the system loads the player’s skins.

The user should then be able to:

* Search/filter skins
* Filter by rarity/category
* Manually select the skins they want
* Keep the exact order in which skins were selected
* Generate a high-quality collage from the selected skins

Skin Categories

I want categories similar to the reference image:

* All Skins
* Legendary
* Mythic
* Epic
* Super Rare
* Rare
* Hypercharge
* Pro Pass
* True Gold
* True Silver

Collage Options

The user should be able to choose different:

* Aspect ratios — 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, 9:16, etc.
* Resolutions — preferably 1080p, 2K, 4K
* Number of skins
* Layout/grid

The collage should automatically arrange the selected skins appropriately.

Very important: If I select:

Skin A → Skin C → Skin B → Skin D

the generated collage must show them in exactly that order.

New Skin Updates

Brawl Stars gets new skins regularly.

The system should ideally support automatic updates when new skins are released.

If automatic updating isn’t practical, I need an easy admin system where I can manually add new skins without changing the code.

For example:

* Enter skin name
* Select rarity/category
* Upload skin image
* Save

The new skin should immediately become available.

Admin Panel

I should be able to:

* Add skins
* Upload/change images
* Edit skin names
* Change rarity
* Delete skins
* Manage the skin database

Existing Data

I already have the skin information, names, categories/rarities and images ready, so the developer doesn’t need to collect everything from scratch.

I can provide the existing data and explain the current setup.

The attached image shows the general style and functionality I’m looking for.

Website or Telegram Bot

I am comfortable with either option.

If you believe a website is better for selecting skins, reordering them and generating high-quality collages, I’m happy to go with a website.

If a Telegram bot would be better/easier, I’m also completely open to that.

I’m also open to having both if the developer recommends it.
