Project Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Sports Graphic Designer to develop the visual identity and complete design package for the:

UAE Badminton Senior Tour 2026 – 3rd Edition
Hosted at Fire Rallies Sports Academy, Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai - UAE

We are working with a limited budget and therefore want to create ONE strong master tournament design / visual identity and adapt this design across all required digital and printed materials.

The look should be professional, modern, energetic and premium, similar to a high-level international sporting event. We do NOT want a basic or generic badminton flyer.

Scope of Work

1. Master Tournament Design / Key Visual

* Main visual identity for the tournament
* Colour palette and typography
* Badminton/sports visual elements
* Professional placement of tournament, organiser and sponsor logos

Once approved, this master design should be adapted for the following:

2. Social Media Templates

* Tournament / Save the Date announcement
* Registration Open
* Registration Closing Soon
* Draw / Schedule announcement
* Match Day
* Results
* Champion / Runner-Up
* Sponsor / Partner announcement
* General tournament information

Required social sizes:

* 1080 × 1080 px
* 1080 × 1920 px for Instagram/WhatsApp Stories

Templates should be editable so names, categories, sponsors, results and other information can be updated.

3. Tournament Poster

* A3 print version
* A4 print version
* Digital/WhatsApp version

4. Venue & Large-Format Printing
Artwork/adaptations required for:

* Main tournament welcome/entrance banner
* Tournament photo/sponsor backdrop
* Court-side banners
* Sponsor recognition board
* Registration/reception branding if required

Exact printing dimensions will be supplied once confirmed with our printing company.

5. Medal Artwork

* Medal front design
* Medal back design if required
* Gold / Silver / Bronze variations
* Tournament name, year and relevant logos
* Artwork suitable for printing/engraving

Exact medal size and printable area will be provided based on the selected medal.

6. Trophy Sticker / Plate Artwork

* Champion
* Runner-Up
* Tournament name/year
* Event/category
* Logo placement

Design must be editable for different tournament categories.

Exact trophy sticker/plate dimensions will be provided after confirmation with our trophy supplier.

Final Files Required

The selected designer must provide:

* Editable Adobe Illustrator (AI) and/or PSD source files
* Print-ready PDF
* CMYK versions for printing
* High-resolution JPG/PNG
* Correct bleed and safe margins
* Vector artwork wherever required
* Web/social-media-ready files
* All final approved versions

All editable/source files must be handed over upon completion of the project.

Revisions

Please include 2 rounds of revisions after presentation of the initial master concept.

Once the master design is approved, the remaining items should primarily be adaptations of the approved visual identity rather than completely separate designs.

Preference will be given to designers with experience in:

* Sports tournament/event branding
* Badminton, tennis, padel or similar sporting events
* Large-format banner/backdrop design
* Print-production artwork
* Medal/trophy artwork
* Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
