Branded Word Pricing Template

I need a clean, professional Microsoft Word document that doubles as my branded quote sheet. Certain elements must remain locked—my logo, company phone number, email, date field, and client name header—so that every time I open the template those pieces are already in place and un-editable. The areas I do want to update from project to project are the pricing table and the work-description section, so please build them with easy-to-edit cells or content controls.
My brand already has an approved color palette and two specific fonts; once I share them, you’ll apply both consistently throughout the document so it feels unmistakably “us.” I rely on Word’s native styles, so set up headings, body text, and table styles accordingly rather than hard-formatting everything.
Deliverables
• One .docx template with locked brand elements (logo, phone, email, date, client)
• Editable sections for pricing, work descriptions, and any client-specific notes
• All text formatted with my specified fonts and colors, using Word style presets
• Clear instructions (a brief note inside the file is fine) on how to update the editable fields without affecting the locked portions
Once the file is ready I’ll test it by opening, changing a couple of prices, and printing to PDF. If nothing shifts or breaks, we’re good to go.
