Branded Hotel Case Study Deck

Several hotel performance case studies need to be distilled into one polished, on-brand presentation built in Microsoft PowerPoint. Although the data and narrative points vary from property to property, every slide set must look and feel as though it came from the same hand.

A fresh template is required—no existing brand assets are available—so the first step is to create a master deck with a consistent colour palette, typography, icon style and content layouts. Once that framework is in place, each case study will be laid out using it.

The following elements must appear in every individual study:
• Executive summary
• Performance metrics
• Challenges and solutions

Clean data visualisations, concise copy blocks and hotel-appropriate imagery are expected throughout.

Deliverables
• Custom PowerPoint template (master slides, colour scheme, fonts and reusable graphics)
• Final editable presentation containing all case studies, ready for internal and external sharing
• All supporting assets packaged separately (icons, images, charts, fonts)

Acceptance criteria
• All slides use the provided master without manual overrides
• Colour and typography remain consistent across every slide
• Mandatory elements are present for every property and align with template styles
• File opens without missing fonts or linked media in Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows and macOS

Timelines and milestones can be set together once the number of case studies and depth of data per property are confirmed.
