I'm seeking a freelancer to create a comprehensive brand style guide and a basic overview website for my business.

A full brief will be uploaded along with the below description.

Brand Style Guide should include:
- Typography guidelines
- Color palette
- Logo usage rules and logo variations.

Business Portfolio Website should include:
- About Us
- Services
- Contact Information

Also require digital signatures to be created.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating brand style guides
- Proficiency in web design, especially for business portfolio sites
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and logo application
- Ability to follow a brief and deliver quality work within budget
