Brand Story Building/Guidlines & Mascot Creation

I need a clear, inspiring brand story and positioning framework that will steer every piece of communication we release—print, digital, internal, or external. This narrative should make people feel excited and genuinely connected to the brand while clarifying exactly what makes us different. Once the story is nailed down, I also want a mascot designed to act as the living, breathing face of our growth journey and to sit naturally beside our existing logo.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A concise yet comprehensive brand-story and positioning document (tone, personality, key messages, audience insight, and usage guidance).
• Practical communication guidelines that translate the story into consistent copy, visual cues, and design principles for both print and digital channels.
• A fully developed mascot: concept sketches, final illustrations in vector and PNG formats, and a short usage guide explaining how the character should appear across media.
