PRAiGO is a live social app on the App Store and Google Play that helps people turn a free moment into a plan with people nearby. My co-founder and I built and shipped it ourselves. The product works — now we need a real brand and a coherent design language.
We're looking for a design partner, not someone who simply takes tickets and delivers finished files.
What we're looking for
Strong design taste for consumer products aimed at 18–24 year olds. Portfolio matters more than years of experience.
You should be:
Strong in Figma and modern design tools
Experienced in consumer product and mobile design
Comfortable defining visual systems, not just applying them
AI-native in your process — able to explore many directions quickly, but with the judgment to reject the weak ones. The value isn't generating more output; it's the taste applied afterward.
Comfortable working live with us on calls
Live collaboration is the most important requirement. We want someone who can sit on a call with us, think out loud, prototype in real time, and react to feedback. If your workflow is entirely async, this isn't the right fit.
No coding or video editing is required.
We're not looking for agencies or studios, or portfolios focused mainly on enterprise SaaS, corporate rebrands, or polished final work with no visible process.
How we'll start
Milestone 1: Paid live working session
A paid 2–3 hour session with me and my co-founder. We'd like to run this with the top 2–3 candidates.
You'll first interview us about what PRAiGO believes, why we built it, and how we want users to feel. Then we'll work live on real screens from the app while you prototype and we react.
We're evaluating how you think and collaborate, so rough work is fine.
Afterward, we'd like a short brand direction covering positioning, tone, and visual thesis, plus the live work lightly cleaned up.
Milestone 2: Brand foundation + applied product design
You'll define PRAiGO's design language — type, color, spacing, iconography, motion, and tone — and apply it to our host creation flow, including all key states and the post-publish state when nobody has joined yet.
Deliver everything as a clean, reusable Figma file with named layers and real components, ready for implementation. At least one additional live working session should be included.
Further milestones may follow for the rest of the app, App Store assets, social/event templates, and website.
