CITRINE MANAGEMENT is a professional model and talent management agency representing a growing roster of models and emerging talent.

We are looking for a freelancer who can actively generate brand deals, paid campaigns and collaboration opportunities for our existing models.

This is not a social-media posting job. We need someone focused on client acquisition and revenue generation.

Main Objective

Your primary goal will be to bring real brand enquiries and paid opportunities to CITRINE MANAGEMENT for our current models.

You will work with our existing talent roster and identify brands that require models, creators or talent for:

* Fashion campaigns
* Clothing/e-commerce shoots
* Beauty campaigns
* Skincare & cosmetics
* Jewellery
* Lifestyle campaigns
* Hotel/resort campaigns
* Restaurant & hospitality content
* Social media campaigns
* Product photography
* Advertisements
* Reels and promotional videos
* Catalog/e-commerce shoots
* Editorials
* Influencer campaigns
* Music videos
* Commercial productions

Your Responsibilities

1. Brand Lead Generation

Research and build a database of potential clients including:

* Fashion brands
* D2C brands
* Beauty brands
* Jewellery brands
* E-commerce businesses
* Hotels
* Restaurants
* Startups
* Advertising agencies
* Production houses
* Creative agencies
* Marketing agencies
* Photographers
* E-commerce studios

Focus initially on India, with the possibility of expanding to USA, UK and Europe based on performance.

2. Brand Outreach

Contact potential clients through:

* Email
* Instagram
* LinkedIn
* WhatsApp where appropriate
* Agency/production networks

You should create personalized outreach, not spam or mass messaging.

3. Present Our Models

You will receive access to our current model roster and should identify the most suitable talent for each potential client.

You should be able to present:

* Model profiles
* Portfolio images
* Instagram profiles
* Showreels
* Rates
* Availability
* Relevant previous work

4. Convert Leads Into Deals

Your responsibility doesn’t end with sending a DM.

We want you to:

Find brand → Contact → Follow up → Understand requirement → Present talent → Negotiate → Generate booking enquiry → Close deal

The final contract and booking will be handled in coordination with CITRINE MANAGEMENT.

Target

We currently have an active roster of models and want to generate consistent commercial work for them.

The freelancer should aim to generate:

100–200 qualified brand prospects/month

30–50 meaningful brand conversations/month

5–15 qualified campaign enquiries/month

Target: 2–5 paid bookings/collaborations/month

These are performance targets, not guaranteed results.

Someone who already has brand contacts or agency contacts will have a significant advantage.

You will maintain a simple CRM containing:

* Brand name
* Website
* Instagram
* Contact person
* Email
* Phone where legitimately available
* Date contacted
* Response
* Follow-up date
* Campaign requirement
* Budget
* Deal status

A weekly report should show:

Leads contacted → Responses → Meetings → Requirements → Proposals → Deals closed

Budget

₹10,000–₹20,000/month

We are open to discussing a fixed monthly fee plus a performance incentive for successfully closed paid campaigns.

The exact structure can be discussed with the selected freelancer.
