We are looking for an experienced brand and UX/UI designer or design studio to create the visual identity, corporate website design and management dashboard design for an event management SaaS.
Our platform serves individuals, professional event organizers and agencies. It covers different types of events, including weddings, birthdays, christenings, first communions and corporate events.
Our development team is already working on the application's frontend and backend, and we have an existing corporate website. The current branding and interfaces are provisional. We now want a modern, approachable visual identity and a consistent, easy-to-use interface with white backgrounds and a clear visual hierarchy.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Brand identity and guidelines
Develop initial logo concepts, the final logo and its variations, a color palette, typography, iconography and a coherent graphic style. Create a complete brand guidelines document covering correct usage and applications across the website and product.
2. Corporate website design
Redesign the public website, including landing pages, event categories, feature pages, pricing, company information, contact and legal page templates.
3. Application and dashboard design
Review and improve the existing structure and user flows, then design the current application scope: access and registration, dashboard, account and organization settings, events, guests, invitations, RSVP, menus, communication, subscriptions and billing.
The experience should accommodate individual users and professional organizers, including relevant roles, permissions and account states.
4. Reusable design system
Build an organized Figma library with reusable components, styles, variables and variants. Include navigation, forms, tables, buttons, dialogs and relevant loading, empty, error, success and disabled states.
5. Desktop and mobile layouts
Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile. Interfaces must accommodate Spanish and English content.
ESTIMATED CURRENT SCOPE
The public website includes approximately 42 pages, and the application includes approximately 74 views or steps. Through reusable layouts and components, we estimate around 60–70 base designs across both, plus the necessary responsive adaptations and states.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
- Fully editable, organized Figma files for all interfaces and the design system.
- Clickable prototypes for the main user flows.
- Layered, editable PSD files for graphic assets.
- Final logo files in vector format.
- Complete brand guidelines in PDF, with an editable source version.
- Clear design specifications and handoff notes for our development team.
Our team will handle all programming. You will collaborate with our developers to make the designs practical to implement and easy to extend.
We are also interested in an ongoing collaboration to design new views and features as the product grows.
Please submit a proposal covering the complete initial scope. You may organize the work into milestones, but clearly explain what is included, your timeline and any proposed changes to the scope.
