Brand Ambassador

We run an outsourced sales & marketing agency and we’re scaling a new campaign for service-sector clients in telecom, finance, and NGOs. To keep up with demand, I need energetic brand ambassadors who can stand in busy shopping centres and other high-traffic public areas, engage passers-by, and convert that interest into completed sign-ups on the spot.

You’ll be the face of the brand for every conversation, so confidence, clear communication, and a genuine ability to build quick rapport are essential. Expect to demonstrate the service benefits, handle basic objections, walk customers through the digital or paper enrolment process, and submit the paperwork before you leave the site. Full product and compliance training is provided; what I need from you is the drive to hit agreed daily sign-up targets while keeping the experience positive and professional.

Deliverables
• Attend scheduled mall/public-site shifts on time
• Meet or exceed the daily sign-up goal we set together
• Upload accurate, same-day reports of completed customer enrolments
