I am preparing a concise technical report that identifies four innovative material–process pairs for the caliper, brake disc, brake pad, and brake pedal of a conventional automobile braking system. Every recommendation must be backed by clear evidence from Ansys Selector 2025.

Here is what I need from you:

• For each component, start from a broad candidate set, use Ansys property charts (Ashby plots, bubble charts, etc.) to screen and down-select, and show the successive eliminations that lead to the final material.
• Emphasise different functional priorities: the brake pad choice must demonstrate low wear and long service life above everything else; the other parts can balance stiffness, thermal stability, weight, and cost as appropriate.
• Once the material is fixed, propose the most suitable manufacturing process for that specific material, again justifying the pick through data or relevant processing charts inside Ansys Selector 2025.
• Include the exported charts (or high-resolution screenshots) and concise commentary so a reader can follow the logic without rerunning the software.

Deliverables (single PDF or DOCX, plus the original chart files if possible):
1. Executive summary of all four final material–process combinations.
2. Section per component containing: design requirements, initial material universe, eliminations with charts, concluding rationale, and the paired manufacturing route.
3. References to the exact Ansys Selector 2025 datasets or chart views used.

Time is tight—I would like the complete document as soon as you can reasonably produce accurate, well-explained results. Let me know immediately if anything is unclear so we can keep momentum.
