I need a qualified architect who can prepare “Everything For Submission Of Municipal submission Drawings Maharashtra” for a new single-family residential house. The full BPMS package must satisfy the latest municipal and Maharashtra Development Control & Promotion Regulations so that I can upload it without revisions or queries.
Scope
• Complete site plan set out on the sanctioned plot dimensions, with north point, setbacks, access road and service lines.
• Fully dimensioned floor plans for every level, incorporating room areas, door-window schedules and FSI calculations.
• All exterior elevation drawings, sections and any ancillary details (stair, compound wall, rainwater harvesting, parking layout) the authority typically requests.
• Area statement, sheet index, title block, project data and architect’s signature block in the prescribed format.
CAD (.dwg) and print-ready PDFs are both required. I will supply the land survey, rough sketches and any documents you need; you will translate them into regulation-compliant drawings and advise if something violates bylaws before finalising.
Experience with BPMS online filing in Maharashtra is strongly preferred—please mention past approvals you have secured and your turnaround time for a standard 1,500–2,000 sq ft bungalow.
