Boutique Finance & Designer Liaison

I operate a growing women’s clothing boutique and need a proactive sales-focused team member whose first priority is keeping our numbers crystal clear. Each month you will compile two core documents—an accurate sales report pulled from our POS data and a concise expense report covering inventory purchases, marketing spend, and day-to-day costs. With those in hand I can quickly spot trends and plan budgets.

Beyond the spreadsheets, you’ll stay in touch with our designers to confirm delivery dates, gather line-sheet updates, and negotiate re-orders. When we host in-store events or pop-ups, I’ll lean on you to coordinate the RSVPs and run-of-show so everything feels seamless to our guests.

Please share a short note on your experience preparing retail sales or expense reports (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) and any background you have liaising with fashion vendors. I value clear communication, timely file delivery, and a knack for keeping creative partners excited to work with us.
