I need a licensed land surveyor to complete a full boundary survey on my property and turn the data into a clear, permit-ready package. Once the corners and lines are verified, I’ll also need:

• A site/plot plan that shows existing structures, the proposed two-car garage, drive, and all required setbacks and offsets.
• A setbacks/location drawing that makes zoning compliance obvious at a glance.
• A foundation as-built once the garage footings are poured so I can close out the permit.
• Any maps, notes, or exhibits the conservation commission will want for their review—wetland flags, buffer zones, resource areas, etc.

All drawings should be produced in CAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar) and delivered as both signed/sealed PDFs and the original DWG files. Field work can be done with GPS/robotic total station; just note the equipment used in the final report.

Acceptance criteria
1. Boundary lines tied to current deed with closures shown.
2. Plot plan meets local building-permit submission standards (scale, north arrow, legend, benchmark, zoning table).
3. Conservation layer includes flagged resources and required buffer setbacks.
4. Foundation as-built matches poured dimensions within tolerance set by the town (±0.05 ft).

If you have recent experience pulling permits for detached garages in this jurisdiction, let me know—familiarity will speed things up. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on schedule and milestones.
