Boston Conference Videography Needed

I’m giving an award speech from 3:30-5pm (45 min speech followed by Q&A) at a conference in Boston and need the entire session professionally captured on video. The event is set for November 5, so I’m looking for someone local who can arrive a bit early, set up, and record the full run.

High-quality, steady footage and clear audio of every speaker are essential. After the event, I’d like a single, continuous file in a common HD format, ready for internal distribution. I'd also like to know the cost for editing separately.
