• Content & Link Plan – Outline fresh content (blogs, landing pages, local snippets) and secure high-quality backlinks that boost authority without risking penalties.
• Tracking – Configure Google Analytics/Search Console so we can trace sessions, goal completions, and ultimately revenue back to each target location.

Acceptance criteria
– At least 30% traffic growth from agreed-upon US locations within three months.
– Clear reporting dashboard that ties visits to leads/sales.
– All optimisation work documented so future site updates stay consistent.
