Boost My Site’s Performance

My website is starting to feel sluggish and I’d like a specialist to tune every layer of the stack so pages load noticeably faster. The three pain points I need addressed are page-load speed, server response time, and database optimisation. I will be tracking progress in Pingdom, so each change should show a measurable before-and-after gain there; if you want to validate with Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or any other tool that’s fine, but Pingdom is the baseline.

You’ll begin with a quick audit, documenting the current scores and the main bottlenecks. From there, I expect iterative fixes—caching rules, image and asset compression, query/index tweaks, web-server or PHP-FPM tuning, whatever the data tells us will move the needle most. Please keep a short change-log so I can replicate or roll back if needed.

Acceptance criteria
• Pingdom grade and load time improved to an agreed target
• Visible reduction in first-byte time and total payload size
• Database slow-query log clean (or near-clean) after your tuning
• All core site functions unaffected by the optimisation work

Hand me the final report with the updated metrics, the change-log, and any recommendations for ongoing maintenance, and we’re done.
