Boost My Domain Rating

My website is currently sitting at a DR 10 and I need it brought up to DR 30 as efficiently as possible. The core objective is that numeric jump—how you achieve it will be judged on tangible, verifiable results (Ahrefs, Moz or SEMrush screenshots).

I am open to the mix of tactics you think will get us there, provided everything is white-hat and sustainable. I expect you to handle strategy, execution, and reporting:
