Freelance Social Media & Video Editing Assistant

I’m an artist selling original artwork, prints and merchandise through physical markets and social media. I’m looking for someone who can help me increase my online sales, strengthen my brand presence and get more out of the content I’m already creating.

What I would require you to do:
Edit short-form videos from footage and ideas I provide
Add captions, music, transitions and other editing where appropriate
Create strong hooks/openings where needed
Format content for Instagram and TikTok
Repurpose suitable content across multiple platforms
Schedule and post finished content
Keep content organised and ready to post
Track basic performance and identify which content is performing well or poorly
Suggest small improvements based on performance
Work with me over time to improve the content and results
What I will handle:
Coming up with video ideas
Identifying which products and artworks to promote
Filming and providing the footage
Providing direction for the content
Working with you to review what's working and what isn't
What I'm looking for:

I need someone with a strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly short-form content, who is confident using video editing software and understands how to create content that captures attention and encourages people to visit a website and purchase.

It's important that you can adapt your editing style to my existing brand rather than using generic templates or trends that don't fit.

I do not want AI-generated content or AI-assisted creative work used in the content. This is important to my brand and I'd like someone who is comfortable working entirely through their own creativity, editing skills and judgement.
