Bookstore + Wallet Multi-Platform Solution

I need a complete ecosystem that lets customers buy physical books and, from the same account, top-up mobiles and pay utility bills. The core requirement is a unified wallet: every purchase, every recharge, every cashback sits in that single balance and can be reused across all services.

Scope
• Build a public-facing website and companion iOS/Android apps so the catalogue, cart, wallet and bill-pay screens feel identical across devices.
• Integrate Razorpay as the sole payment gateway; all successful transactions must route the cashback directly into the in-app wallet.
• Connect Shiprocket for order fulfilment and live tracking.
• Plug in SMS and WhatsApp APIs for OTP, order updates and marketing pushes.

Key flows to cover
1. Browse, search and purchase physical books.
2. Recharge or bill-pay from the same logged-in session.
3. Real-time wallet debit/credit display after each action.

Acceptance criteria
– A new user can register, complete KYC if required, add money via Razorpay and see the wallet balance update instantly.
– When a book is bought, shipping is booked automatically through Shiprocket and the tracking link is sent by SMS & WhatsApp.
– Cashback percentage (configurable in admin) is credited only to the wallet and reflected in the ledger.
– Apps and website pass basic performance audits (Lighthouse ≥ 80 on mobile).

Tech stack is flexible as long as it stays maintainable; propose what you are most confident delivering within a clean, modular codebase.
