Collaborate with external accountants or CPAs as needed for audits or filings

Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a CPG or manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of CPG accounting workflows, including COGS, wholesale, and inventory

Experience navigating distributor deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms

Work remotely from the comfort of your home

Health & wellness benefit
