Key elements I must see on the artwork:
• A catchy headline or slogan that positions the development as a must-see opportunity.
• Clear contact information with a direct call to action (phone, WhatsApp and short URL/QR).

If you prefer to weave in high-impact imagery to strengthen the message, that’s welcome, but the headline and CTA should remain the heroes of the piece.
