I’m ready to launch a new online home for my photography and need a developer who can translate a bold, vibrant visual style into clean HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The site must be fully responsive and noticeably fast on mobile and desktop.
Homepage focus
The very first thing visitors should notice is the work itself, so the homepage will lead with a masonry-style portfolio gallery. Thumbnails of mixed aspect ratios should flow naturally, re-stacking smoothly as the viewport changes.
Additional sections
• A concise “About the Photographer” block that blends seamlessly beneath the gallery.
• A clear outline of my services (shoot types, packages, etc.) presented in the same energetic style.
• A contact section with an embedded form plus alternative contact links.
Technical expectations and deliverables
• Hand-coded HTML5, modular SCSS/CSS and unobtrusive JavaScript.
• Fluid layout that passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test and the latest Lighthouse audit.
• Image optimisation (lazy-loading, modern formats) without sacrificing quality.
• Commented source files and a brief README on how to swap images or tweak colours.
• Final hand-over as a zipped project folder ready to deploy to any standard hosting environment.
