Boho Sea Turtle Tote Design

I’m commissioning a groovy, boho-flavoured illustration for a new tote bag line. The focal point is a sea turtle whose shell opens up into a warm-pastel garden of Hibiscus, Bougainvillea and West Indian Jasmine. Keep the drawing abstract rather than realistic; flowing shapes, gentle textures and a carefree vibe will suit the brand best.

Colour direction: stick to soft pinks, mellow oranges and sun-kissed yellows so the print feels light yet vibrant. Please avoid cool or neutral palettes unless you need a tiny accent for contrast.

Layout details: the artwork must fill a rectangular space (roughly 35 cm × 45 cm) so it dominates the front of the tote. Give the turtle a balanced, centred composition that can be scaled without losing detail. Fine line work is welcome, but the overall look should remain simple enough for clean screen printing.

Deliverables (print-ready):
• Vector file (AI or SVG) plus layered PSD or Procreate source
• 300 DPI PNG with transparent background, sized to 14″ × 18″
• A small JPEG mock-up on a plain tote for quick preview
• Hex codes or swatch file for the chosen pastel palette
