My BMZ Power2Go Work portable power station—just 14 months in service—shut down abruptly while delivering a steady 1 600 W load (it is rated for 2 500 W continuous, 3 600 W peak). Since that moment it refuses to charge or power on; every status LED remains dark.

I need a battery technician who can carry out a full diagnostic and bring the unit back to life. That means opening the enclosure, verifying cell health, checking the BMS, charger circuitry, DC-AC inverter stage, and any internal fuses or relays. Once the fault is identified I want the defective components replaced or rebuilt so the pack can once again charge fully and supply its original output ratings without thermal or voltage irregularities.

Deliverables:
• Detailed test report outlining root cause, measurements taken (cell voltages, internal resistance, BMS error codes), and the corrective steps you performed
• Repaired unit returned in safe working order, proven under load up to its 2 500 W continuous spec for at least 30 minutes
• Confirmation that the onboard charger restores the pack to full capacity and that all indicator lights function normally

You’ll likely need the usual toolkit—multimeter, battery load tester, CAN/SMBus reader, oscilloscope, spot-welder or crimp gear for cell leads—as well as access to compatible 18650/21700 cells or BMZ-approved modules if replacements are required. If firmware flashing is part of the solution, please state that up front.

Turnaround time and shipping logistics are flexible; just outline your proposed workflow and any parts lead times when you reply. - We are located NR151BA
