Blur Specific Fields in CapCut

I recorded a short, less-than-five-minute tutorial with OBS. I tried to blurr the fields out in CapCut but having issues. On one particular section, I scroll down a web page the blur fields are tracking in the same position. Roughly eight to ten separate fields must stay hidden. Because the page moves while the fields themselves occupy different spots on-screen each time, simple static masking won’t work; the blur has to be key-framed or motion-tracked so it sits cleanly over every appearance.

What I need from you is a CapCut project with all the required blur masks correctly placed and timed, plus an exported MP4 that I can publish straight away. No other edits are necessary; audio, pacing, and everything else remain exactly as recorded.

Acceptance criteria
• Every instance of the designated fields is fully obscured with no bleed-through or flicker.
• No unintended areas are blurred.
• Final MP4 retains original resolution and frame rate.
• CapCut project file is delivered so I can adjust if wording ever changes later.
