BlueYonder TMS End-to-End Training

I need a concise, business-oriented training package that walks users through every step of an end-to-end execution cycle inside BlueYonder (JDA) TMS—from order capture right through to financial settlement. I already have process documentation at a high level; what I am missing is a set of clear, learner-friendly materials that translate those steps into daily practice for our operations team.

Here is what I’m after:
• A slide deck or interactive guide that explains each execution stage in the exact sequence our instance follows (order import, load planning, carrier tender, booking, track-and-trace, delivery confirmation, freight bill audit).
• Short demo videos or annotated screen-captures that show the clicks and data fields users must touch.
• A practical exercise workbook with sample orders so participants can practise in our sandbox.
• A quick-reference cheat sheet (one page) for the key shortcuts and exceptions.

Please weave best-practice tips into the narrative—especially around common configuration pitfalls and how to verify data accuracy before moving freight. All content must align with the current BlueYonder TMS web UI and use our language (shipment, load, tender, etc.). Final deliverables should be in editable formats (PowerPoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, MP4, or Camtasia source).

Once I review the first draft, we will do one round of feedback for polish and brand styling.
