I’m developing a small capsule collection of women’s blue-denim pieces and need a creative partner to translate my ideas into production-ready designs. The line consists of three core items—jackets, skirts and dresses—each explored in three fabric treatments: distressed washes, tasteful embroidery accents and a clean, plain option.
You’ll take the lead on concept development, fabric/wash direction and detailed construction notes, then package everything so a factory can move straight to sampling. Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent) flats, accurate measurements, and clear call-outs for stitching, hardware and trims are essential. If you prefer CLO3D or another 3D tool for visualisation, that’s welcome too, as long as the final tech packs remain fully editable.
Deliverables
• Mood or inspiration boards for each garment
• Front and back flats (AI or PDF) with colour-coded stitch and seam details
• Fabric and wash specs covering distressed, embroidered and plain variants
• Trim chart (buttons, rivets, zips, threads) with reference images and finishes
• Complete tech packs: graded measurements, BOM, construction notes, labelling placement
Acceptance criteria: files open without missing assets, measurements align with the BOM, and each treatment (distressed, embroidered, plain) is clearly documented per style.
Timelines are flexible within reason, but I’d like the first set of sketches within a week so we can iterate quickly. Let me know your experience with denim, any similar work you can share, and your typical turnaround for revisions.
