Blue Comet Global Academy Branding and Design Project

We are seeking a professional graphic designer to create a distinctive, polished logo and supporting brand materials for our new Blue Comet Global Academy.
The logo should reflect the academy’s focus on global learning, innovation, exploration, and forward-thinking education. We will provide:
-A draft logo concept to use as a starting point
-Current logos for our school district
-The logo for our Global Innovation Center

The new logo should complement our existing visual identity while establishing a unique and recognizable brand for Blue Comet Global Academy.

The selected designer will:
-Review the provided draft logo and reference logos
-Refine or redesign the concept as needed
-Create a professional, scalable logo suitable for digital and print use
-Develop supporting social media graphics using the final branding
-Create an editable one-page flyer template in Google Docs
-Ensure all materials are visually consistent and easy for our team to use
-Provide editable source files and final exported versions

Required Deliverables
Please provide:
-Full-color logo
-Monochrome logo
Versions suitable for:
-White backgrounds
-Black or dark backgrounds
-Transparent backgrounds

Final logo files should be supplied in:
-JPG
-PNG
-SVG
-EPS
-AI

Multiple initial concepts and unlimited revisions until approval. Please provide high-resolution files, including full-color, black monochrome, white/reversed, and transparent-background versions where supported. The editable Adobe Illustrator file and vector formats should be fully scalable and organized for future use.

Social Media Graphics
Please create branded social media graphics using the final logo and visual style. These should include:
-A social media profile image or logo icon
-A branded cover/header graphic
-At least three reusable social media post templates

Versions suitable for common platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Editable files, along with high-resolution PNG or JPG exports
The graphics should be clean, professional, and easy to update for announcements, events, student highlights, and other academy communications.

One-Page Flyer Template
Please create a professional, editable one-page flyer template for Blue Comet Global Academy in Google Docs.

The flyer template should include editable areas for:
-Headline or announcement title
-Academy logo and branding
-Main information or description
-Important dates, times, and locations
-Contact information
-Website or call-to-action
-One or more photos or image placeholders

The Google Docs template should be formatted for standard letter-size printing and remain easy for our staff to edit without specialized design software. Please also provide a PDF preview of the completed flyer template.

Additional Expectations
-The designer should have experience creating logos and brand identities, preferably for schools, educational organizations, nonprofits, or public institutions.
-Strong attention to detail, typography, and brand consistency is important.
-The final designs should be suitable for websites, social media, signage, apparel, printed materials, presentations, flyers, and official documents.
-Please include examples of relevant logo, social media, and flyer design work in your proposal.
-Reasonable revisions should be included so we can finalize the designs collaboratively.
-All final work must be original and provided for our organization’s use.
