Blood & Urine Collection

I need a qualified phlebotomist who can collect both blood and urine samples for diagnostic testing at our clinic. You will handle venipuncture, guide patients through urine collection, label everything with the correct patient identifiers, and log each specimen into our tracking sheet before preparing it for courier pick-up.

Sterile technique, proper PPE, and familiarity with Vacutainer systems and standard urine containers are essential. All samples must reach the lab within the required stability window, so please be comfortable coordinating same-day shipment or drop-off.

Deliverables
• Intact blood tubes and sealed urine cups, each stickered with patient name, date, and time
• Completed requisition forms and electronic log entries
• Brief incident note if any draw is unsuccessful or delayed

I will supply requisition forms and shipping materials; you bring needles, tubes, tourniquets, and any other routine phlebotomy supplies you prefer. Timing is flexible during business hours this week, but once confirmed we must stick to the scheduled slots to maintain the diagnostic timeline.
