Blender Tutorial on a specific model in TeamViewer

I need a tutorial via Teamviewer, in English, for reform/warp the OBJ models attached as goal_01 and goal_02, to match measurements and re-shape the bottom and back/sides to match the raw scans attached as scan_01 and scan_02. Then also add a very thin solid top to the OBJ models. And output to 3D print.

The tutorial must be through Teamviewer, in English, and I'll be using Blender 3.6 for Mac.

I'm a beginner at Blender so will need a detailed walkthrough of how to accomplish.
