Blender Model Editing for Printing

I already have a Blender file that needs professional touch-ups before it heads to the printer. The core of the job is to edit the existing 3D model so it meets manufacturing standards and looks its best.
Here is exactly what I need:
• Change the shape or add/remove parts where the current geometry won’t work in the real world.
• Improve materials, colors, or textures so preview renders accurately represent the final product.
Once the edits are done, I’ll run it through my slicer for 3D printing, so the mesh must be watertight, manifold, and free of non-manifold edges or intersecting faces.
Please deliver the updated .blend file plus an export in STL (or a format you recommend for printing). Let me know how you plan to approach the shape adjustments, and feel free to suggest any refinements that could make the print more reliable or cost-effective.
