Bitrix24 Data & Email Import

I need my entire customer history moved into Bitrix24 and the system configured as the single place all future leads land.

I have 64 records to date, with various detailed communication held in email client.

The job breaks down into three clear parts:

1. Data migration
• Import client contact details, full transaction history, plus every note and reminder that currently lives in our own platform.
• Map fields carefully so nothing is lost or duplicated.

2. Email back-fill
• Pull past general inquiries, customer-support exchanges, and marketing/promotional messages from our mailboxes and attach them to the right contact or deal in Bitrix24.
• Keep original timestamps, senders, and attachments intact for proper audit trails.

3. New-client endpoint & segmentation
• Configure Bitrix24 forms/API so new sign-ups flow straight into the CRM.
• Automatically tag and group every new record by industry type for quick filtering and reporting.

I’ll provide database exports, mailbox access, and platform API docs; you return a clean Bitrix24 instance populated, synced, and ready to use. A short hand-over note describing the import steps, any scripts used, and where automations are set up will complete the work.
