I’m building a new Amazon FBA line that serves the growing community of Bitcoin enthusiasts, and I want to make sure the very first product we launch is both profitable and defensible. My immediate priority is a deep-dive analysis of profitability for potential Bitcoin-themed merchandise—think anything from apparel or desk accessories to novelty items collectors love to display alongside their hardware wallets.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Profitability modelling: Help me sift through a short list of Bitcoin merchandise ideas and determine landed cost, realistic selling price, FBA fees, and true margin so I can see which items clear my target ROI.
• Trend intelligence: I’m particularly interested in emerging product categories rather than the usual saturated picks, so please include data or insights that reveal where demand is quietly heating up.
• Competitor landscape: Map the dominant sellers inside Amazon, highlight their strengths and weak spots, and suggest angles for differentiation—branding, bundle concepts, or value-add features.
• Data sources & tools: Show me how you’ll extract and validate numbers (Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa, etc.) and be prepared to supply screenshots or spreadsheets that back up every assumption.

Deliverables
1. A concise report (PDF or Google Slides) comparing 3-5 shortlisted products with full profitability breakdowns.
2. A supporting spreadsheet with raw data, calculations, and links to any supplier quotes or marketplace references.
3. Written recommendations on the best launch candidate and next steps for sampling, branding, and listing optimization.

Acceptance Criteria
• Each product’s margin projection must factor in manufacturing, shipping (air & sea), FBA fees, advertising, and a buffer for returns.
• Trend insights should be current (pulled within the last 30 days).
• Competitor analysis must reference at least five live ASINs per product idea.

If you’ve already guided similar FBA launches—especially in crypto or tech-savvy niches—share examples and results. I’ll review portfolios and plan to move quickly once I see the right fit.
