Biotech Client Call Representative

I need someone who can step into a video sales call and act as the face of our clinical research organisation on Monday from 2:30 – 3:30 pm AEST. I will send you concise background material on the project, a short personal-introduction script and a set of likely questions the prospect may raise. Your job is to deliver that script confidently, answer any role-related queries with the polished, forward-looking style we outline (e.g., “I’m proactive and spot risks early”), and keep the conversation flowing.

You already indicated you have some client-facing experience and are somewhat familiar with clinical-research or biotech terminology; that level is fine as long as you pair it with strong communication skills and quick adaptability when unexpected questions pop up.

• Mock call (30 min) – Sunday, time flexible to suit us both
• Live client call – Monday, 2:30 – 3:30 pm AEST
