Biometric Time Registration Portal Setup

We are using time registration portal for logging in, logging out, recording leave requests (including sick leave), applying for business trips, remote work and crediting comp-off.
4 biometric devices are installed at 4 different locations, Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore with centralised server in Delhi.

Major Requirements where we are struggling and looking for a freelancer to configure hardware and software:
Automatic conditional break deduction: The system should automatically deduct a 30-minute break after every 5 hours of work on working days (Monday to Friday).

Monthly Net Working Hours and Overtime/ deficit hours:
Actual log in/ log out time - min working hours - Break time (conditionally applied)
• Remote work:
o Employees are allowed to work remotely one fixed day per week. This should be configured as a one-time setup for applicable employees.
• Office tours / business trips:
Employees who are on office tours should be able to mark the respective hours or days as an official business trip in the system. 8.5 working hours should be credited automatically for full day office tour.
• Overtime and compensatory time off (COMP-Off):
o Employees complete an overtime form for work performed on Saturdays and/or Sundays, as well as for travel time and working time during office tours
2. Leave management:
• The system should support different types of leave, including annual leave, sick leave, exceptional circumstances leave, and carry-forward leave from the previous year (valid until 30 June of the succeeding year).
