BIM Model for Hotel Splash Pad

**BIM Modeller Required – Small Hotel Water Play Area**

We are looking for an experienced BIM freelancer to prepare a BIM model and submittal package for a very small splash pad at a hotel, based on supplied drawings, equipment details and the project’s BIM requirements.

**Scope:**

- Model the splash pad layout, water features and associated pipework, drainage and equipment within our scope.
- Coordinate with the available architectural and MEP drawings/models.
- Prepare the model and drawing sheets required for the consultant’s review.
- Address consultant comments, with two revision rounds included in your quotation.

**Deliverables:** Editable native model, required exchange files and PDF drawings, in accordance with the project’s submission requirements.

This is a small, clearly defined modelling and submittal task, not a full hotel BIM project.
