Bilingual Website Design & Migration

I need my current English-only site rebuilt into a fresh, responsive website that supports both English and Arabic from day one. All existing text must move over exactly as it is, then be professionally translated into Arabic (and any Arabic I provide back into natural-sounding English). The finished build should let me switch languages with a single click and keep the two versions perfectly in sync.

A modern CMS such as WordPress (with WPML or a similar multilingual plugin) would be ideal so I can update pages myself, but I am open to other platforms if they offer equally simple language management and SEO control.

Please plan for:

• A clean, mobile-first layout that reflects our current branding
• Seamless import of every text page, blog post, and meta element
• Accurate human translation, reviewed for style and regional nuance
• On-page SEO preserved for both languages
• A short hand-over guide showing me how to add or edit bilingual content

The project is complete once every migrated page renders correctly in both languages, all links and forms work, and I can log in to the CMS to make future edits without breaking the language pairing.
