Bilingual Visual Identity Designer Needed

We are looking for an experienced brand identity designer to create a modern, professional, and flexible visual identity for a digital platform that helps freelancers and clients manage their working relationships more clearly.

The platform simplifies agreements, project scope, deliverables, payment terms, deadlines, and other contractual details. Our goal is to make freelance collaboration feel safer and more organised without making the service appear overly legal, complicated, or corporate.

What We Need

We need a complete bilingual visual identity that works naturally in both English and Arabic. The brand should communicate:

Trust and reliability
Clear agreements and professional relationships
Digital collaboration
Simplicity and accessibility
Security without appearing intimidating
A modern, international character

The identity will be used across the digital platform, contracts, presentations, social media, marketing materials, and corporate documents.

Project Deliverables

The selected designer will be responsible for:

Creative direction and initial mood board
Primary logo design
Arabic and English logo versions
Alternative and responsive logo variations
Brand colour palette
Primary and secondary typography
Supporting graphic elements and patterns
Custom iconography or icon direction
Business card and stationery design
Contract or digital document template
Social media profile and post templates
Presentation cover and basic slide style
Brand guidelines document
Final editable source files and export-ready versions

Final files should include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats where applicable.

Creative Direction

The identity may explore visual ideas related to agreements, digital contracts, connection, protection, collaboration, and two parties coming together. However, we do not want a generic legal logo based only on shields, scales, or document icons.

We are looking for a thoughtful and original concept that can distinguish the platform from traditional law firms, payment services, and generic freelance marketplaces.

The visual system should remain clear and recognisable across different sizes, from a mobile application icon to presentations and formal documents.

Required Experience

The ideal freelancer should have:

Strong experience in logo and visual identity design
A portfolio demonstrating complete branding projects, not only standalone logos
Experience designing for technology, fintech, legal-tech, SaaS, or freelance platforms
Good understanding of Arabic and English typography
Ability to explain the strategic thinking behind design decisions
Professional communication and a structured revision process
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
Working Process

We expect the project to include:

A short discovery and brand-direction stage
Mood board and visual references
Two or three initial logo concepts
Refinement of the selected direction
Development of the full visual identity
Two revision rounds
Preparation of the brand guidelines and final files

The expected delivery period is approximately 7–10 days.
